I'm gluten free but can have dairy so I tend to use 'normal' dairy products rather than the recommended dairy free alternatives. But sometimes I've done dairy free too and they've been great.

Since lockdown started last year I've been baking every weekend and delivering the results to members of my church and local community - people can never believe that they are gluten free! Every time I use a different recipe book to this one, they never turn out as well. So from now on this is my go to recipe book for everything!

I bought this book in the summer. A beautiful book, with stunning photographs, clear instructions and useful tips. I have tried several of the recipes, all of which were easy to follow and the results delicious. My absolute favourite is the New York style Cheesecake, which when tasted is hard to believe that it is gluten, wheat and dairy free!
