Back in December I bought some cakes from you for my wife’s 30th Birthday and I never did quite get round to giving you any feedback, well here it is, they were AMAZING! At first the guests were a little scared to try them once I mentioned they were safe for coeliacs (I think they were scared the cakes would be dry and nasty!) however once they saw the look of delight on my wife’s face they couldn’t resist. I must admit I was a little gutted that there were none left for me to take home and munch over the next few days!
